Matthew is responsible for the development and execution of Socratic Med's recruitment strategy. Matthew has been in talent acquisition for over 20 years and has led multiple global recruiting organizations. When not busy finding top talent, Matthew is likely up in the mountains on a hike or on his favorite bike.
